August 3rd - 5th - Hummingbird Hotspot at Tlaquepaque

Tlaquepaque is pleased to announce that we are sponsoring and gathering momentum for the First Annual Sedona Hummingbird Festival. August is a perfect time for this event as this is when Sedona’s hummingbird population is highest and most diverse—5 species instead of the usual 2, and with typically five times the number of hummers as there are in early summer. And thanks to Sedona’s high altitude of 4,500 feet, we escape the intense summer heat experienced in more southern parts of Arizona. Although the festival will not be on property, Tlaquepaque is busy cultivating a "hotspot" by putting out feeders near the Tlaquepaque bridge creekside.
